Frequently asked

Common questions before families contact us.

These answers cover the most common first questions. For anything urgent or personal, phone or WhatsApp the office directly.

What documents do I bring to register?

Bring your South African ID or passport, and ID copies for each dependant you want covered. Proof of address is helpful if you have it.

How soon does cover start after I register?

There is a standard waiting period before claims can be made. The consultant will explain the exact timeline before you join.

Can I pay cash at the office instead of online?

Yes. Cash and card payments are accepted at branches. Ask the office to issue a receipt and confirm the member reference used for the contribution.

What happens when a family member passes away?

Phone the 24-hour emergency line or WhatsApp us. We will guide you through collection, documents, package benefits and next steps.

Do you cover extended family members?

Yes. Parents, in-laws and other extended family can be added to most plans. Contributions adjust based on who is covered.

Can I switch packages later?

Yes. You can request a package change by visiting a branch or contacting the office. Changes are handled from the next payment cycle.

Need help right now?

For urgent collection, call before sending a form.

The form is useful for follow-ups, package questions and branch visits. A death, collection or immediate claim should go straight to the emergency line.
